Case of the Week
Patient presented with large lesion of endo origin that localized to tooth #9 (2.1). My Tx plan was “pack and wack” non surgical re-Tx with MTA obturation followed by apical surgery and a crown. Pt elected for just apical surgery. Top right is post op. Bottom left is 2 week recall which shows small scar made at the vertical. Bottom right shows 6 month healing which I think is significant thus far. Hopefully the 1 year recall heads in the right direction. .
