Dear patients,

York Hill Endodontics will continue providing quality care during these difficult times. As a result of the pandemic, we have taken extra precautions based on the RCDSO and ODA guidelines to ensure the health & safety of our patients and staff. At this time, we are booking both elective & emergency procedures while maintaining extensive safety precautions. Please call the office at 416-781-5251 for appointment bookings & more information.

We are committed to the highest safety standards during your care under our supervision. Our dental operatories, waiting room and reception area are equipped with “Surgically Clean Air” units – more information about these units can be found here. Therefore, office appointments may take longer to allow for proper disinfection of all surfaces between patients according to the CDC and OSHA standards. Our staff at York Hill Endodontics will continue to wear masks. However, it is no longer mandatory for patients and visitors to wear masks.

We ask that you stay home if you have a temperature, a dry cough, shortness of breath, or loss of taste. In addition, we are unable to treat patients with signs and symptoms of an upper respiratory tract infection. We will gladly see you when all symptoms are fully resolved. We will continue screening all patients and visitors for COVID-19 prior to entering the officing using the COVID-19 self-assessment tool. Our top priority is providing the safest possible care to our patients and staff. Together we will get through these difficult times.
